A delicious egg white quiche that is crustless with roasted red peppers, spinach and turkey sausage.
This will be the easiest and delicious egg white quiche you ever made! Bring it to a brunch and fool everyone into thinking you put in a ton of effort! Prep takes only 5 minutes and the steps are easy as 1,2,3! I make it on Sunday as part of my meal prep and eat it all week. This egg white quiche is packed with flavor, nutrients, and protein.
- One 32 ounce carton of Egg Whites
- One jar of roasted red peppers
- One purple onion (or onion of choice)
- One bag of baby spinach leaves (Fresh)
- Tukery Sausage ( I used Jimmy Dean and loved the flavor!)
- Mrs. Dash Herb & Garlic
- Sundried tomato Goat Cheese (Aldi’s Brand is my favorite)
First Step- Chop your ingredients and layer!
Start making the egg white quiche by dicing your onion and cut up the roasted red peppers into bite size chunks. Then cut your turkey sausage links into bite size pieces.
Next spray your pie pan with non-cooking spray, and layer in the ingredients. Start with the spinach and tear handfuls in half and then put the whole bag covering the bottom of the pan. Follow-up by putting in the onions, roasted red peppers, and sausage on top.
Second Step: Pour in your egg whites
Its as easy as that! Pour in your egg whites on top of the toppings. Lastly, sprinkle with as much goat cheese as you like and finish off by sprinkling Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb spice over top. You’re done!
Last Step: Pop it in the oven!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Farenheit. Put your timer on for 45 minutes. Sit back and relax!
It doesn’t get much easier than that. Feel free to swap out the toppings for anything you would like. This is also great made with hash browns on the bottom layer!
