Cucumber Sammies

These sandwiches might be small but they pack a lot of punch!  Impress your friends with this snack! They look like they would take a lot of time but they take less than 15 minutes and are 4 easy steps.
1.Cut cucumber in 1/4 inch slices. To make it look pretty you can use a peeler before cutting to peel off part of the skin for the scalloped edge.
2. Mix goat cheese, unflavored almond milk (or milk), garlic salt, and fresh cut chives. Blend until smooth.
3. Optional: add in chopped red peppers, olives, or jalapeños to create different flavors.
4. Using a piping bag(or spoon) place mixture on top of one cucumber and then sandwich together. Enjoy!
